Our stay here was great. Although it was only one night, we enjoyed it. I love the location since it is near the springs! The cabin was decorated super cute. I also didn’t have any cotton sheets here and really needed them because i cant sleep on synthetic fibers due to health issues, and Jeff was extremely helpful and found a large cotton sheet for me that was large enough for me to lie on and under it lol. Very appreciative for his help with that.

Jeff was a wonderful friendly and responsive host. It was our first time staying in a mini home and we loved it!!! It was extremely cozy and clean. We felt right at home. We came here for the Morgan Wallen concert and were only 35 min from Ben Hill Stadium. We hope to come back sometime! Thank you Jeff!

Our stay was absolutely AMAZING! The location is close to many different springs which is very nice. Waking up in the morning to the peaceful sounds of nature was divine. The cows next door were also fun to watch. The night sky is like nothing you have seen. Take away the city lights and light pollution and it’s a whole new world out there. Jeff was an amazing host with quick response times and list of useful information. If you are looking for a place to disconnect and reconnect I highly recommend this little piece of heaven. I know I will be back!

Great location, as described. We had fun playing the board games there, watched movies and walked to Grove Street Magellan marketplace at Cypress & Grove Brewery (which was great!) Monday evening. Easy enough walk to UF. Only note is if you are planning to work remotely and have to use a 3rd party system. One guest had to work one day and the internet kept locking her out of the system she needs to work. Otherwise, great stay!

One of the best glamping experiences I’ve ever done. Due to dry weather, there was a burn ban which prevented us from using the fire pit, but Jeff was so positive and communicative with us. He was totally transparent which is what you need in a great host. The first day was all rain, and it was beautiful to fall asleep, play games, and enjoy the rain fall down the GeoDome. The second day was bright sun where we could enjoy the hammock, and hit 3 springs within 5 minutes drive. We spent the night star gazing! The last day, we were greeted by a deer in the backyard. The outdoor shower was amazing, and honestly, the composting toilet was super straightforward and easy to use! 10/10!! We will be back!

My fiance and I had a great time staying at the tiny home as part of her birthday trip! Even though it rained we were able to enjoy the house and surrounding property-esp the sauna! Highly recommend grilling out and enjoying the sauna during your stay. About 6 mins away was Colsie coffee which is a great local coffee shop! Highly recommend getting an iced latte! The tiny home was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you could need. The decor matched the pictures and the beds were comfortable. Would recommend the stay to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

The place was beautifully decorated, nice, clean and comfortable. 5 minutes away from UF which was the purpose of our visit. Every time I travel to UF, this will be my go to place to stay. We absolutely loved it!

Our stay with Jeff was great. It was only for 1 night but was what we were looking for with our quick getaway to the springs. We will definitely be booking again in the future for a longer duration to really enjoy the amenities our booking had to offer.

Jeff’s place was a perfect place to stay - a quiet and interesting historic neighborhood, a charming & well-appointed & comfortable home, and close by both foot & car to all kinds of places to explore, from restaurants to nature preserves. I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. :)
