Our generous 1638 sq ft floor plan has hard floors throughout, tile, and Luxury Vinyl Plank. No carpet :) 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs, and a 4th bedroom and half bath is downstairs. Large Master bedroom with large linen closet and attached full bath with double vanity sinks. Bi-level Screened in porch with access off living room and enclosed balcony off master bedroom.
Other Details to Note
June 2025 NOTE: Pool is currently closed for maintenance until further notice. Make sure to park in the correct parking spots directly in front of the unit, or if you have a 3rd car and need a guest spot, hang the parking pass on your rear view mirror and go to the overflow parking area (near dumpster) avoid getting towed. If you forget to return it, it's a $50 replacement fee.
