Our generous 1638 sq ft floor plan has hard floors throughout, tile, and Luxury Vinyl Plank. No carpet :) 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs, and a 4th bedroom and half bath is downstairs. Large Master bedroom with large linen closet and attached full bath with double vanity sinks. Bi-level Screened in porch with access off living room and enclosed balcony off master bedroom.
Other Details to Note
Make sure to park in the correct parking spots directly in front of the unit, or if you have a 3rd car and need a guest spot, you must park in the overflow parking area (near dumpster) avoid getting towed.
