Your home away from home :) As you enter the front door the house opens up immediately into a the main area: a sun-washed living, dining, and kitchen space, anchored by a whitewashed brick fireplace with comfy seating for 4. The fully renovated kitchen has all you need to cook a feast at home for your family and friends. New cabinets, counters and stainless steel appliances, featuring an attached bar area with stools as well as a full table set for eight just steps away. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front porch or in the back enclosed sunroom, which catches the morning light and looks straight out over an acre of oak trees. The primary suite is its own retreat: a king bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bath with a double vanity and glass-enclosed shower. Three more bedrooms, one furnished with twin XL beds, the others with queens, round out the sleeping arrangements, backed by a shared bath as well as a half bath in the game room for guests passing through. Tucked just off the main living space, a dedicated game room with a pool table, arcade game and smart TV gives the group somewhere to disappear to without ever leaving the house. NOTE: the sofa in the gameroom unfolds into a high quality memory foam queen size bed, so plenty of place to crash if you have a group!

We're not able to accommodate pets, even for a quick visit, so please leave furry friends at home. For transparency: this home has exterior security cameras covering the front entrance, driveway, and backyard. There are no cameras or recording devices anywhere inside the home.

Tucked into a quiet, tree-lined pocket of Northwest Gainesville, 3131 sits on nearly an acre of its own space, a rarer find near a college town that's usually all apartments and tight in-town lots. This is a residential, low-key neighborhood, a step removed from the energy of downtown or campus, and a good fit for groups who want room to spread out and a peaceful place to land at the end of a game day. The Millhopper Road corridor is just up the street, with a grocery store, pharmacy, and a handful of restaurants for anything you need without a special trip downtown. About 5–7 minutes north puts you at Devil's Millhopper Geological State Park, one of Gainesville's most distinctive natural landmarks: a 120-foot sinkhole you can walk down into via a boardwalk and stairway, worth an hour if you're in town before or after the game. You're about 8–11 minutes from UF and Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, with quick access to I-75 for guests arriving from out of town or heading north toward the springs (Ginnie Springs, Devil's Den) for a day trip. It's a quieter home base than staying in the middle of the action: plenty of privacy, plenty of parking, and everything else just a short drive away.

Guests have access to the entire home and yard, minus a few locked closets we keep for our personal storage.

Location

This home is is a short drive from UF and Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, with quick access to I-75 for guests arriving from out of town. Unlike street parking near campus on game day, you'll have your own private driveway with room for multiple vehicles; no circling for a spot before kickoff. Rideshare into campus or downtown takes about 10-15 minutes if you'd rather skip the drive altogether.
