This home is part of a two-unit townhome and shares a roof with the neighboring unit. Your space is completely private, with its own entrance, front porch, and dedicated driveway for 2–3 cars. The other half of the duplex also operates as an Airbnb. We’re happy to welcome pets—just please register them in advance to avoid extra charges. We kindly ask that they stay off the furniture (beds and seating). For their comfort, we recommend bringing a crate or pet bed. The home is located in the historic Porter’s Community, one of Gainesville’s oldest and most diverse neighborhoods. With its rich cultural history and strong sense of community, it’s an authentic downtown experience. Like many urban areas, it may feel different than a quiet suburban neighborhood. Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom house. This includes: * A private entrance for self-check-in. * The entire interior of the home. * A welcoming front porch. * Access to the backyard area. Please note that this is half of a duplex, and the backyard space is shared with the guests in the adjoining unit.
