Good to know
The space was renovated in 2020 and includes new furniture and decor designed specifically for AirBNB to make visitors to Gainesville feel at home. All rooms have a comfy queen memory foam mattress.
Other Details to Note
It shares a wall/roof with another unit, so the backyard is shared; however, it has a separate driveway for 2-3 cars and separate entrance so it's completely separate. The other half is also used for AirBNB. Pets are allowed so long as it's selected in advance. It's $25 fee if you book in advance; if you don't select it when booking, a $100 fee will be applied.

This home is on the edge of Porter's Community, an "up & coming," multi-cultural / diverse neighborhood. The neighborhood is made up of mostly locals / residents, so please be respectful of the neighbors. It's super close to downtown, UF, and Shands.
