Jeff’s tiny home was very nice and unique. We liked the privacy and the camping feeling while still having a cute house. It was also great to be able to take my dog.

We loved staying at this tiny home. The nature was incredible, we were able to see deer and turkeys. Extremely private and close to springs! With family living close by I’m sure we’ll be back!

This little gem is a perfect place to rest, reconnect with mother nature while very well accommodated! The place is as beautiful as we see in the pictures and very clean! We fall in love with high Springs and this place is definitely the one we will choose again. Thank you Jeff for sharing this place and being such a great host!

Great place! I rented for some co-workers and I. The place was quiet had a great space for us to unwind after a long day! Jeff was awesome and responded quickly with all needs!

Jeff's place was exactly as described. Check-in was easy and communication was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Gainesville, Florida. I was always able to get in touch with Jeff and receive an immediate response. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Having a covered parking space right in front was a bonus. We would stay here again.

My family and I loved the place. Affordable, and great location. There are a lot stuff to do around, walkable distance to downtown Gainesville. The area is quiet as well. The place was very clean. Thanks and will be back.

Our stay in the Gator house was amazing! Starting by the location- we received very clear instructions on how to get there, as its kinda hidden, which was something that we were looking for. The outdoor area is very pretty and well maintained. They even have a small, but full of goodies garden. Everything was very well organized and we did not miss a single thing during out stay. Anything that popped up as an idea ( including washing and drying our clothes) was easily accomplished, despite that the place is more compact than an actual house. Jeff was very friendly and responsive. You can really see that they are working hard on creating an effortless stay and bulging the area around it. I would recommend this to anyone headed to the area including me when I go back!

Comfortable place, clean, with the esencial for breakfast and a fast lunch, also the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet at night which is great. Check in and check out easy. The owner was very detail with the rules and instructions for checking and out.
