We booked this place for my daughter’s graduation from UF. The location was so convenient- only a $3-4.00 uber ride to everything- without having to deal with the chaos of parking & traffic. Comfortable beds, very clean.

Nice quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect for me because didn't want to rent a car and I could walk everywhere I needed to go from this place. I took Uber a couple of times and it was also affordable to/from this location. The price was great, much cheaper than a hotel and it was more than enough room. Very dog-friendly with a large backyard. The house is older and I happened to visit during a cold spell so the house got chilly even with the heater on, but there were extra blankets available.
