We loved our stay at Jeff’s property. From the very beginning, he was an excellent host always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. The house was spotless, well equipped, and exactly as pictured. It’s truly the best place to stay near the springs and enjoy the beauty of the area. Being surrounded by nature and disconnecting was simply amazing. We highly recommend spending a night by the fire pit, watching the stars it’s such a unique experience. We can’t wait to come back soon and enjoy it all over again. Thank you, Jeff, for making our trip such a special experience!

The place is amazing, is clean well decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and the grill every night. The sky at night is beautiful. And is just 10 min away to Ginnie springs and 3 min away to another spring. The place is well located in a reclusive area that make you feel relaxed . I highly recommend Thank you Jeff for make our vacation amazing !

Comfortable place, clean, with the esencial for breakfast and a fast lunch, also the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet at night which is great. Check in and check out easy. The owner was very detail with the rules and instructions for checking and out.

This Gainesville townhome surpassed all expectations and then some! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the impeccable design and attention to detail. The interior is a stunning blend of modern elegance and cozy charm — every piece of furniture, decor, and fixture seems thoughtfully curated to create an inviting yet luxurious atmosphere. The host was exceptionally welcoming, ensuring that every need was anticipated and met. The check-in process was seamless, and their hospitality truly made us feel like their VIP guests. The townhome itself is spotless — sparkling clean. Location is unbeatable—close to Gainesville’s top attractions, dining, and outdoor activities. We give home FIVE STARS!

This place was definitely a hidden gem. My family came in town for the week and enjoyed their stay. Jeff communicated well and a very great host. Definitely recommend this home.

Jeff's place was amazing, just as described. We felt right at home from the moment we entered the house. Everything was spotless and had all you need for a great getaway. Jeff's place was close to Everything! The massage chair was an added bonus! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Gainesville.

Great place to stay in Gainsville! It was clean and had plenty of space for a big family. Love the covered parking and the small grill. We were able to BBQ in the back area. Overall really great experience with Jeff

The place was as described and just like the photos. The neighborhood is in transition and Jeff's Place is one of the newly remodeled places. The home was comfortable and suited us to get office work done during the day. Would stay again

Great tiny house down the road from Ginnie Springs! It’s perfectly located within minutes from downtown High Springs restaurants and stores and close to supermarkets. We would definitely stay again!
