Good to know

Welcome to the Hemp Tiny Home — a one-of-a-kind retreat on Soluna, a six-acre nature property in High Springs surrounded by cedar and pine trees, fruit trees, and free-roaming chickens. What makes this place unique starts with how it was built: hemp insulation, natural and locally sourced wood, and a handcrafted tadelakt shower — a traditional Moroccan plaster finish that's as beautiful as it is functional. This isn't a cookie-cutter rental. Every material was chosen with intention. Inside you'll find a comfortable queen loft bed, a well-designed living space, and everything you need to relax or work remotely. Step outside to your private area for grilling, unwinding by the firepit, or simply sitting under the stars in the kind of quiet that's genuinely hard to find. As a Soluna guest you'll also have access to the brand new six-person cedar barrel sauna at the heart of the property — the perfect reset after a day exploring the springs. You're four minutes from Blue Springs, four minutes from downtown High Springs, and ten minutes from Ginny Springs — some of Florida's most stunning natural water, right at your doorstep. Traveling with a group? Soluna has other unique units on-site — check out our profile to find the perfect combination for your crew. Come to unplug. Leave restored.

Other Details to Note

Soluna is a developing nature retreat and aspiring farmstay — expect a peaceful, natural setting with some ongoing projects as we continue to grow. You may encounter chickens and the natural sounds of the outdoors, or see us working on the land or tending to plants, but your space will always remain private. No smoking anywhere on the property. The cedar barrel sauna is shared with other Soluna guests. Small gatherings welcome; please be respectful of others on-site. Come with an open mind and love for nature, and you’ll feel right at home. 🌿

Our stay here was great. Although it was only one night, we enjoyed it. I love the location since it is near the springs! The cabin was decorated super cute. I also didn’t have any cotton sheets here and really needed them because i cant sleep on synthetic fibers due to health issues, and Jeff was extremely helpful and found a large cotton sheet for me that was large enough for me to lie on and under it lol. Very appreciative for his help with that.

Jeff was a wonderful friendly and responsive host. It was our first time staying in a mini home and we loved it!!! It was extremely cozy and clean. We felt right at home. We came here for the Morgan Wallen concert and were only 35 min from Ben Hill Stadium. We hope to come back sometime! Thank you Jeff!

My fiance and I had a great time staying at the tiny home as part of her birthday trip! Even though it rained we were able to enjoy the house and surrounding property-esp the sauna! Highly recommend grilling out and enjoying the sauna during your stay. About 6 mins away was Colsie coffee which is a great local coffee shop! Highly recommend getting an iced latte! The tiny home was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you could need. The decor matched the pictures and the beds were comfortable. Would recommend the stay to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

This place made me want my own tiny home. It was so cozy and efficient for the space. We felt right at home and the place was clean and well equipped, and super cute. It was a great location close to Ginnie (10 minutes) and ichetucknee springs (20 minutes)! Plus we found a great sandwhich shops called spinwhich, in the little down town. Jeff was a very hospitable host and had great taste in cookbooks, lol. The reading book, hammocks, and trickling little fish pond made everything extra tranquil.

We just stayed at this cabin and honestly had such an amazing experience. Everything was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully set up. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. The surroundings were peaceful and perfect for relaxing and disconnecting for a bit. Check-in was super smooth, and communication with the host was great the entire time. We felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had such a great time and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet, beautiful getaway!
