Good to know

Our thoughtfully designed space features two sleeping lofts, each with a queen bed, perfect for couples, friends, or small families. Please note: both lofts are accessible by ladder-style stairs and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Inside, you'll find a full kitchen with all the essentials, a private bathroom with shower, and an open living area for relaxing or dining. Step outside to enjoy your private deck, grill, and peaceful views of the surrounding lands.

Other Details to Note

🔑 Important Details to Note Loft Access: Both queen beds are in lofts accessed by ladder-style stairs. Not ideal for guests with mobility limitations. Low Loft Ceilings: Loft ceilings are low—you may not be able stand up fully, but there’s room to sit comfortably. Outdoor Elements: Bugs and critters are part of nature—though we do regular pest control, you may see ants, spiders, or moths. Also, you’re in the woods—you may hear frogs, owls, and other sounds of nature (and maybe a rooster in the distance). Outdoor Space is Shared: While your tiny home has a tucked-away private area, the larger property (6 acres) may have occasional activity as we develop the land into a fruit forest and glamping retreat. Eco-Conscious: We try to use natural cleaning products and encourage mindful water and power usage.

I’m not a football fan, but I am a fan of the tiny gator. Exceptional in the details. This was my first “tiny” getaway, and it was well thought out and perfect for the trip we wanted from the inside of the home to the outside area. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing getaway and quality time together.

One of the nicest and most comfortable tiny homes I’ve ever stayed in—clean, well-designed, and had everything I needed. It’s in a great location, super close to Ginnie, Poe, Blue, and Gilchrist Springs, which made it easy to explore during the day. At Jeff’s tiny house, you’re fully immersed in nature. At night, I could see the sky full of stars and hear the sounds of the woods around me—crickets, wind through the trees, the soft rhythm of the wild. It was exactly the grounding, nature-filled experience I was hoping for. The land has a special energy to it—quiet, beautiful, and alive. Jeff, the host, brings so much heart to the space. He was available and communicative throughout my stay, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about creating a good experience for his guests. His warmth and presence made me feel safe and at ease. I loved my stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful nature escape.
