This is a ground-floor unit in an apartment complex. There are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom (in the middle). Laundry is shared and out the back door, you can pay via quarters or download the app. It's about $2/wash and $1.75/dry, per load. You MUST hang a parking pass on your rear view mirror to park in the lot, otherwise you may get towed. Please make sure to return the parking pass before you leave, otherwise you'll have to mail it back and/or pay a fee to replace it.
